2 servings

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 2 Stk. Laugenbreze
  • 100 g Bio-Tilsiter
  • 100 g Cambozola
  • 150 ml Milch
  • 2 Stk. Eier
  • 1 Stk. Zwiebel
  • 30 g Butter
  • Salz, Pfeffer, Muskatnuss

Preparation

  1. Cut the pretzels into small cubes. Finely dice the onion and sauté in a little butter until translucent.
  2. Add the onions, milk, and eggs to the pretzel cubes. Grate the organic Tilsiter, mix it in, and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Form dumplings from the mixture with wet hands and let them simmer in gently boiling salted water for about 15 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, cut the Cambozola into small pieces and melt it in a small pot with a splash of milk over low heat until a creamy sauce forms.
  5. Lift the finished pretzel dumplings out of the water, drain them, and serve on the warm Cambozola sauce.
